Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The trial call-to-action can be used without a card, and you can move to a paid plan when your workspace is ready.

Are prices shown with VAT?

Plan prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout where applicable and appears on your Stripe invoice.

Do you provide the rate cards?

No. Clients manage their own approved pricing catalogues. VariationDesk helps field teams select the right customer-managed item when recording extra work.

Is this only for subcontractors?

VariationDesk is built around subcontractor variation workflows, especially site-to-office evidence, approval and billing handoff.

Do remote sign-off links count as users?

No. Remote sign-off links are for site managers or client contacts who are not present to sign on the device, and they do not count as internal users.

Are all finance connectors live?

Xero is the live direct connector. Business and Enterprise workspaces can now request QuickBooks Online, Sage Accounting or FreeAgent setup from the Accounting Sync page; other packages can still use PDF and CSV export.
